Dimitris Michail obtained his LLB (Hon) in the University of Essex and was awarded an LL.M in European Law with specialization in the Competition Law. Dimitris was call to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn. He was admitted as a Member of the Cyprus Bar Association in 2004. He is dealing with many aspects of Law but mainly he is an expertise in Criminal Litigation, Employment Law, Banking Law and Real Estate Law where he deals with all matters relating to freehold and leasehold property, including transactions and disputes involving commercial and residential property. The department advises both individual and corporate clients.
Anna Pavlou graduated from the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, in 2011. She started working as a trainee lawyer, at a law firm in Paphos. During her legal training, she was dealing mainly with the preparation of civil and criminal cases, as well as drafting legal documents. In 2012, she had successfully completed her Legal Practice Exams where she was recognized as a qualified Lawyer in Cyprus and from 2014 she is a Member of the Cyprus Bar Association. Anna Pavlou has joined our team in 2014. She is a high level litigator and has handled a wide range of cases.
Rafaella obtained her LLB (Hons) from De Montfort University of Leicester in July 2015. During her studies she was a member of the law society in De Montfort University where she took part in many mooting competitions, which her University was organizing. She started her legal practice in August 2015 in a law office in Limassol. She joined our team in August 2016 and is mainly dealing with civil procedures which include preparation of drafting and filing legal documents to the court.
